These made-to-stock products are all designed & crafted individually by hand.
They are made with allowance and can be altered to fit (downsized or upsized). Alteration is done at an additional cost.
If you like a design but wish to have it in a different size, colour, or fabric, we are able to make a custom piece for you. Price varies according to the size & fabric used. Depending on the design, a lead time of 2 to 6 months is required for custom-made pieces.

Returns & exchanges
For purchases of non-altered, handcrafted pieces, exchanges can be made if there are problems with your order. (E.g Arrived damaged or defective)
Kindly contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For custom-made orders, we are able to do additional alterations to the size.
